On October 3, 2024, it's time again: Mouse Day opens its doors and invites children from the age of two to discover the exciting world of metalworking. On this day, the IFUM, the IFW and the SFB 1153 will offer fascinating insights into their research projects and cooperation in mechanical engineering.
Together, even the youngest visitors will be shown how materials and joining processes work in practice. Guests can experience live how swarfs are created and then processed.
